MC Pad はユーザーの個人情報を一切収集しません。 アプリが扱うすべてのデータ（文書ファイル、手書き注釈、付箋、スタンプ等）は、 お使いの iPad 上のみに保存され、開発者・第三者には送信されません。

1. ファイルアクセス

本アプリは PDF・PPTX・DOCX・テキストファイルを開き、注釈を書き込む目的でのみ デバイス上のファイルにアクセスします。 外部のサーバーやクラウドサービスにファイル内容を送信することはありません。

1. 第三者との情報共有

ユーザーデータを第三者に販売・共有・開示することはありません。

1. 広告・トラッキング

本アプリには広告は含まれません。行動トラッキング・分析 SDK は使用していません。

1. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは年齢制限なく利用できますが、13歳未満のユーザーを対象としたデータ収集は 行っておらず、そもそもデータ収集自体を行っていません。

MC Pad does not collect any personal information. All data handled by the app (document files, handwritten annotations, sticky notes, stamps, etc.) is stored only on your iPad and is never transmitted to the developer or any third party.

1. File Access

The app accesses files on your device solely for the purpose of opening PDF, PPTX, DOCX, and text files and saving handwritten annotations. File contents are never sent to any external server or cloud service.

1. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell, share, or disclose user data to any third parties.

1. Advertising & Tracking

This app contains no advertisements and uses no behavioral tracking or analytics SDKs.

1. Children’s Privacy

This app is available to users of all ages. We do not collect data from children under 13 — in fact, we do not collect any data at all.
